How one should give themselves best chance to put their cv in front of hiring manager, except connecting via linkedin

I am about to end MBA from ESSEC, and have applied to AXA with utmost suitability via linked in or portal but that doesn't seem to work, neither proper reason would be given for rejection. So question arises what would be the best possible way , after checking ats format and completing other hurdle.

We receive a lot of applications for each of our open positions and take great care to study them all.
If you are not contacted, it is most likely because you do not tick all the boxes in terms of the required skills.
I suggest that you target the positions you are applying for and ask for some feedback on your CV (is it well adapted to the position? well written?).
